Welcome to Al-Nuqaha Health Solutions & Education, a beacon of holistic wellness and alternative medicine education. Established in 2021 by Dr. Fathima Banu, our ISO 9001:2015 certified firm stands proudly recognized by MSME & CCI. Amidst the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, we embarked on a journey to promote well-being through online platforms.
Our Story
Our initial focus was to assist individuals in coping with minor physical health issues through acupressure and enhancing mental well-being via hypnotherapy. Witnessing the growing interest in psychology and hypnotherapy, we ventured into online education, providing expert guidance and Diploma in Hypnotherapy certification to aspiring learners.

With the easing of lockdown restrictions in 2021, we extended our services offline, offering direct house visits and in-clinic consultations. As our clientele grew, so did their curiosity in the ancient art of acupuncture. Responding to this demand, we commenced offline and online courses in Diploma and Master Diploma in Acupuncture therapy, ensuring top-notch education affiliated with ATAMA, Karaikudi.

Driven by a commitment to excellence, our founder, Dr. Fathima Banu, has conducted over 20 free workshops, enlightening 2000+ enthusiasts in the realms of Hypnotherapy, Psychology, and Acupuncture.
In October 2023, we inaugurated our own offline clinic, exceeding expectations by providing a myriad of services. Today, our multi-specialty clinic caters to diverse health concerns, offering treatments ranging from acupuncture, acupressure, and cupping therapy to cosmetic cupping and acupuncture for skin and hair care. Additionally, we provide Siddha, Ayurveda, and herbal medicine for both physical and mental health issues, along with physiotherapy, chiropractic, and osteopathy for musculoskeletal problems and pain management.
